This Terms of Use Agreement (“Contract”) establishes a binding legal relationship between Millionaire Core (a property of Millionaire Marketing FZ) (“Company,” “We,” “Us”) and the individual accessing our services (“Subscriber,” “You”). By accessing the website, enrolling in our email distribution list, or opting into our SMS alerts, you signify your acceptance of these terms and of our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Service.

  • Any financial or trading losses incurred by the Subscriber based on information found in the Service.
  • Errors, omissions, or latencies in market data provided.

The Service is provided on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company’s total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your breach of this Contract or your violation of any law or third-party right.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: This Contract is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the UAE.
  • Venue: Any legal disputes shall be adjudicated exclusively in the competent courts of Dubai.
  • Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class or representative actions against the Company.
  • Mandatory Consumer Rights Carve-Out: Nothing in this Section limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction of residence. Where applicable law — including California law or EU member state law — prohibits the application of foreign governing law, mandatory venue, or class action waivers, those provisions shall not apply to you. TCPA claims by US residents remain subject to US federal law.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to amend this Contract at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Service following amendments implies acceptance of the new terms. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
